REFUND POLICY

At Raveyard Sounds, we pride ourselves on providing the producer community with the highest quality Samples, Presets, Racks, and Templates. We understand that when you are spending your hard earned money on our products, you want to be ensured that what you're buying is worth it.

That is why we've implemented a 3 Day Money-Back Guarantee for our products.

If you are not satisfied with one of our products, please fill out our contact form within 3 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for refund so we can process your request right away.

Due to the nature of Digital Downloads we have a few restrictions to protect ourselves from people fraudulently downloading our products just to return them and still have access to use them for free.

PLEASE BE ADVISED OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • We will not be refunding orders of Ableton Products if the product is not compatible with your version of Ableton unless we have not provided that information correctly on the product page. This Includes: Ableton Instrument Racks, Ableton Processing Racks, Ableton Project Files. It is up to you to ensure that the product you are purchasing is compatible with your version of Ableton or that you have the ability to update your Ableton to meet the compatibility requirements of the product.
  • We will not be refunding orders of Serum Preset Products if the product is not compatible with your version of Serum, unless we have not provided that information correctly on the product page.
  • If you are not satisfied with one of our Production Suites or Bundles and are requesting a return, we can offer you one of the following:
    • A full refund in site credit
    • A partial refund that is equivalent to 1 Sample pack back to your credit card, debit card, or paypal account.
  • Since there are many products included in the bundles, we cannot refund the full amount. We also will not offer a refund if you are returning because the Ableton products included are not compatible with your version of Ableton.
  • Only 1 refund per every 6 months is permitted except for extenuating circumstances. Please provide a detailed explanation as to why you are requesting an additional refund.
  • Once your refund is issued, we would appreciate that you delete the products and no longer use them. We cannot prevent you from continuing to use them, but we are trusting you to do the right thing.
